SHIPPING & RETURNS
Returns Policy
If there is a defect in your product, please let us know by sending an email to info@teamzafaricoaching.com and adding your Order ID & Product ID in the subject and attaching pictures from the defect in the email. If the defect can be seen you will be able to get a refund and we can order another product for you. However, if you are not satisfied with the product for the following reasons: - You ordered the wrong color - You ordered the wrong size (see size chart for guidance) - You changed your mind about the product. Unfortunately we can not help you get a refund since this is a limited edition. For this reason, please pay attention when placing your order.
Shipping
It is the goal that you receive your order between 6 and 10 working days. Shipping costs are based on order value, so the more you order the more you will pay for shipping. For example, above 40 euro you will pay 7 euro for shipping and above 75 euro you will pay 12.25 for shipping. If you order is larger then 10 items it may take longer to arrive. Please have patience as this is also our first time distribution Team Zafari merch.
