1:1 POSING SESSION
Having a great physique is amazing, but if you can not show what you have during your bodybuilding show or photoshoot, it'll cost you a good placing or a waste of money. During an (online) posing session we go over the poses that need a few tweaks or you can learn new poses for your category.

- Your footwork during quarter turns feels awkward and off.
- How do I walk on stage? Especially during a T-Walk?
