First, you need to know what your goal is and why you want to reach this. This is very necessary to create a personalized plan. The next steps are the following:

FAQ
How long will it take to get started with you?
You can book your intake through a link I will provide. After the intake I will make your plan and we can get started. It will be maximum 2 weeks.
Do you also train people who do not want to be a bodybuilder or don't do competitions?
Yes, I do. Feel free to book your intake and ask all the questions you want.
What is the minimum period to train with you?
Minimum 3 months. After that you can cancel monthly but need to let me know one month before you would like to stop.
Do I also get a program for days I train by myself?
Yes, I will make a complete training schedule for you, including the days you do not train with me.
Do I also get nutrition advice?
We will discuss this together during our intake. Every person has a different history with nutrition and dieting so this differs from person to person. You can get macros to follow, or receive ideas for breakfast or only track your protein for example. I prefer to teach habits over time instead of expecting you to perfectly follow a strict food schedule.
How do I cancel a session?
We try to avoid this by training around the same time each week. You can not cancel your session within 24 hours of your planned workout with me. If you do cancel within 24 hours unfortunately the session will be charged. If you feel like it might be a special reason, please let me know. During your holiday we freeze your sessions and they will not be 'lost'.
